The foreign students of our university were the very first to hear these words before. On December 26, 2019 according to the established good tradition the marathon of Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens started at the Department of Belarusian and Russian languages.
The marathon was prepared by the foreign students of Medical Faculty for Foreign Students and Faculty of Career Guidance and Pre-University Training, who were eager to participate in this festive event proposed by their tutors.
Santa Claus, Snow Maiden and their assistants gave students joy, hope for a good future and success and the belief that Santa Claus will fulfill all desires and defeat evil.
Students from different foreign countries got acquainted with Belarusian traditions, listened to poems about winter, and solved riddles.
A “fairy tale” passed from group to group, joyful and warm sparks of happiness remain in the eyes of students and rays of kindness remain in the hearts. We are sure, that this “fairy tale” will help them to celebrate the New Year cheerfully and overcome the difficulties of the winter session, which is just around the corner.
The Department of Belarusian and Russian languages wishes all the university students a Happy New Year that will bring them health, happiness and success! May all desires and dreams be fulfilled!
