Street basketball (or streetball) games are played 3-on-3 on a half court. Streetball game lasts for 10 minutes. In order to win, a team should earn 21 points till the end of regular time.
Streetball is passion. It is a sport that involves every part of your body. The speed, strength, great shooting, dynamism of the game attract players and spectators. To prove that there were four teams on the court at the BSMU tournament.
The teams of the dormitories № 5, 6, 7 and 10 participated in the BSMU streetball tournament.
The players from all dormitory teams showed a high level of athletic performance. The desire to win and make the best shot of the game is what everyone strives for. But visual appeal of the game depends mostly on cohesive team play.
The results of the tournament were distributed as follows:
1st place – dormitory № 6,
2nd place – dormitory № 10,
3rd place – dormitory № 5,
4th place – dormitory № 7.
