Vanessa Gutnick is a Two-time Winner

The 67th All-Russian Interuniversity Student Scientific Conference with international participation “Youth, Science, Medicine” has been recently held at Tver State Medical University. In total, more than 3 thousand people attended the event: students and tutors of Tver State Medical University, Tver State Technical University, Tver Medical College, students of Tver schools, visitors from Russia (Bezhetsk, Orenburg, Tyumen, Tomsk, Izhevsk, Saratov, Kazan) and near abroad – Minsk and Tashkent.

There were 154 oral presentations and 207 poster reports in 20 sections. Winners and prize-winners were selected in each of the scientific sections. All the participants of the conference were awarded certificates and the winners got diplomas.

Vanessa Gutnik, a 5-year student of the Medical Faculty, presented two poster reports at two different sections of the Conference under the scientific guidance of Sergei Chepelev, a senior lecturer of the Pathological Physiology Department of Belarusian State Medical University.

So, the first poster report “Prevalence of asthenic syndrome symptoms in medical university students”, presented in the section “Neurology, psychiatry and clinical psychology”, won I degree diploma.

And the second poster report was “Iron deficiency anaemia in children: etiological aspects of development” (section “Pediatrics”) was awarded I degree diploma.

The administration of Tver State Medical University and the Council of Young Scientists and Students expressed their gratitude to the research adviser Sergey Chepelev, a senior lecturer of the Pathological Physiology Department of BSMU.
