BSMU Students were Awarded I Degree Diploma at the Scientific Conference

The 75th final scientific conference took place not so long ago at Rostov State Medical University. The program of the conference included 11 sections: “Endocrine and Urogenital System”; “Pharmacology and Intensive Care”; “Pediatrics”; “Healthy Lifestyle”; “Preventive Medicine and Social Medicine”; “Dentistry”; “Nervous System, Psychiatry, and Addictions”; “Digestive System”; “Cardiovascular System”; “Musculoskeletal System”; “Oncology”.

A 5th year student of the General Medicine Faculty of BSMU, Vanessa Gutnik, and a 5th year student of the Pediatric Faculty Danuta Lepetilo presented the work “Clonidine influence on viability and proliferative activity of glioma C6 cells in experiment in vitro” on the section “Pharmacology and Intensive Therapy”. It was carried out under the scientific supervision of the Senior Lecturer of the Pathological Physiology Department Sergey Chepelev and the leading research associate of the Neurophysiological Laboratory of Physiological Institute NAS of Belarus, candidate of biological sciences, Margarita Dosina. In total, 7 reports were presented on the section. The authors delivered reports online due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Based on the results of the section meeting, the scientific work of Vanessa Gutnick and Danuta Lepetilo was awarded I degree diploma.
