The director of the Orenburg branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution became a guest of Belarusian State Medical University

On March 1, to establish scientific and academic cooperation, the director of the Orenburg branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution, the Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Orenburg State University, Professor of the Department of Eye Diseases of Orenburg State Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Alexander Chuprov visited Belarusian State Medical University.

The guest met with the Rector of Belarusian State Medical University, Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Sergei Rubnikovich and Vice-Rector for International Relations, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vasili Roudenok.

During the conversation, the parties agreed on new areas of cooperation and the development of existing: holding joint scientific and practical conferences on topical issues of ophthalmology, including in online format, lecture seminars, joint research projects, advanced training in ophthalmology of teachers of our university on the basis of the Orenburg branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution, and also was paid an attention to other issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.

The meeting was held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere. After it, was held a tour of the Belarusian State Medical University with a visit to the Anatomical museum.
