Within the framework of the agreement on academic and scientific cooperation between the educational establishment “Belarusian State Medical University” and the Medical University of Bialystok (Poland) from December 19 to December 21, 2018 Belarusian State Medical University was visited by the Head of the Department of Clinical Molecular Biology of the Medical University of Bialystok, Professor Jacek Niklinski.
Professor J. Niklinski gave a lecture on the topic “Molecular Personalized Diagnostic of Cancer” for academic teaching staff, students, pre-graduate interns, clinical residents and post-graduate students of the university. He also met with the Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University Anatol V. Sikorsky, First Vice Rector I.N. Moroz, Vice-Rector for International Relations Vasili V. Roudenok and coordinator of the cooperation program, head of the Department of medical and biological physics, associate professor Michail V. Goltsev.
The parties discussed the current and perspective issues of scientific and academic cooperation between the Belarusian State Medical University and the Medical university of Bialystok. Following the results of a meeting the list of the perspective directions of cooperation was defined.
