TALENT Drama and Music Club for international students was formed in 2015. This is a friendly team with a multinational flavor, students coming from more than 50 countries of the world. Everyone has an opportunity to express themselves, display their potential, show the culture of their country and make new friends. The club members acquire skills in acting, plastic and stage movement, vocal techniques and art direction, diction and breathing, articulation, as well as working with a microphone and improvisation.
Our creative team constantly takes part in the activities of the student club and the University: formal ceremonies for awarding the doctor's diplomas “Hippocrates” and dedication of first-year students to the doctor’s profession “Day of Knowledge”, opening and closing events of theatrical and concert seasons, festivals of artistic creativity of first-year students, New Year's holiday greetings, contests 'Miss BSMU' and 'Mr. BSMU', 'Day of the Medical Faculty for International Students' etc.
Our club organizes many programs in hostels: “Valentine's Day”, “New Year in the World”, days of national cultures “Turkmenistan - Belarus”, “Days of the Iranian Republic” and many others. Students participate in the festivities of the district and the city: performances dedicated to significant dates, the actions 'Youth Day', 'Family Day' and others.
Participation in international and intercollegiate contests brought a lot of awards to the team: at the Open Republican Festival of International Students Creativity “Friendship of Peoples” held at Belarusian-Russian University, at the Republican Inter-University Festival of National Cultures held at Belarusian State University, the festival F-ART.BY. and many others. Our team is a regular participant in concert programs dedicated to the national holiday “Navruz-Bayram”, which is held annually at the Belarusian State University and the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
