Regulations and documents for admission to the Preparatory Department for International Students (the Faculty of Career Guidance and Pre-University Training) of the Belarusian State Medical University

During the period of admission on the day of the arrival to Belarus the foreign citizen submits the following documents to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Career Guidance and Pre-University Training at the address: 220083, Minsk, Dzerzhinsky Ave, 83, 5th building, 3rd floor, room 324a:

• copy of the invitation for study at the Belarusian State Medical University;
• passport (presented personally); copy of the passport and its translation into Russian, legally notarized in Belarus;
• original of the certificate (document, diploma) of education with the original of list of subjects studied and marks (scores) in these subjects at examinations; the translation of copies of these documents into Russian, legally notarized;
• certificate of completion of another Faculty of pre-University training, Preparatory Department (Preparatory Courses), University and its translation into Russian (if available);

Note: translation is required if the certificate is issued outside the Republic of Belarus in a language other than Russian (Belarusian)

• medical certificate about the health condition and suitability for study at the medical university issued by an official body of the health care system (clinic, hospital) of the country, the translation of its copy into Russian, legally notarized;
• certificate stating the absence of HIV-infection issued by an official body of the health care system of the country of the applicant’s residence, the translation of its copy into Russian legally notarized;
• certificate on the absence of psychiatric records (information that the applicant is mentally healthy) and its copy translation into Russian, legally notarized;
• certificate of the absence of drug treatment records (the information that the applicant does not use any drugs) and its copy translation into Russian, legally notarized;
• copy of the birth certificate (civil passport) with its translation into Russian, legally notarized in the country of the foreign citizen residence;
• power of attorney to represent a person under the age of 18 from the legal representatives (parents) of the student, copy of this document and its translation into Russian, legally notarized;
• 6 photos (3×4 cm);
• copy of the insurance policy for a one-year period.

All documents in a foreign language must be enclosed with the Russian translation legally notarized.
