Foreign citizens arriving for education receive the Student visa at the Embassies and Consulates of the Republic of Belarus.
If there is no diplomatic mission of the Republic of Belarus, the visa can be obtained at the Consular General Department of the Minsk National Airport.
For migration registration in the Internal Affairs and temporary residence permit, within 48 hours after the arrival in the Republic of Belarus the applicant is obliged to submit to Belarusian State Medical University (Dzerzhinsky Ave., 83, main building, floor 6, office 600) the following documents:

In order to extend the registration in case of successful studies, the student must submit documents to the Dean's office no later than 20 working days before the end of the registration.

Residing at a new place of residence is possible only in case of obtaining the appropriate permission from the citizenship and migration authorities.
Departure home during the holidays.
To obtain an exit/entry visa it is necessary:
1. Write an application addressed to the dean to go on vacation and obtain the appropriate permission
2. Pay the state duty and present a receipt
3. Hand over the passport to the inspector for the passport and visa service at least 15 working days before departure.
Exit - entry visa is issued for up to 90 calendar days, including the days of departure and arrival.
The duration of temporary residence is taken into account while visa processing.
Before leaving Belarus the passport with visa is returned to the student only after submission of a signed departure checklist to the dean's office.
In case of expulsion, the student is obliged to submit documents for departure to the dean's office within 5 days and leave the Republic of Belarus.
In case of evasion from leaving, the student will be deported with deprivation of the right to enter the country for up to 5 years. All deportation costs paid by the student.
Violation of migration rules leads to the imposition of fine and administrative liability including deportation for a period from 1 to 5 years.
